In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, we inform that the service provider is the company IDCQ Hospitales y Sanidad, S.L.U. (hereinafter, Aortic Repair Center), a company with Spanish nationality and registered office in Hospital Quironsalud Madrid, Calle Diego de Velazquez 1, Pozuelo de Alarcón 28223 – Madrid, with CIF B-87324844, registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid in Volume 34.117, Folio 103, Section 8, Page M-609942, Entry 5; an entity authorized to provide health services through the website www.aorticrepaircenter.com.
PURPOSE
These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) aim to regulate access, navigation, and use of the website (hereinafter the “Portal”, “Website”, or “Web”), as well as other customer communication channels (voice interfaces, etc.) of Aortic Repair Center. Accessing, browsing, and/or using the Portal implies acceptance of all the provisions in these Terms, as well as in the Privacy Policy or Data Protection Policy and Cookie Policy.
There are specific services and content accessible through the Web Portal subject to particular conditions that may replace and/or complement these Terms.
USER CONDITION
A User is any person who accesses, browses, and uses the Web Portal, the services, and/or the content hosted on it.
Browsing, accessing, and using the Web Portal do not require prior registration; however, certain services offered through it may require registration and acceptance of particular conditions governing said service.
Access to the Web Portal by minors will be considered expressly authorized by their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who will be responsible for the actions carried out by minors as Users of the Web under applicable regulations.
USAGE REQUIREMENTS
To access the Portal and the services offered, a device that meets hardware and software compatibility requirements (which may vary over time) and Internet access will be needed. The User is aware that these factors may influence the Portal’s performance and/or the possibility of accessing the services offered therein.
Aortic Repair Center is not responsible for the inability to access or deficiencies in the operation of the Web Portal and/or the services offered through it due to the use of inadequate devices or Internet service interruptions caused by network saturation or any other reason.
USAGE RULES
Service Usage: The User agrees to use the Portal and its services in a diligent, correct, lawful manner, in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, the current Terms (and/or those applicable to each specific case), use regulations, instructions, as well as generally accepted morals, good customs, and public order.
To this end, they will refrain from engaging in any unlawful, prohibited, or harmful activity to the rights and interests of third parties or that may in any way damage, disable, overburden, deteriorate, or impede the normal use of the services, computer equipment, or documents, files, and any type of content stored on any computer equipment of Aortic Repair Center, other users, or any Internet user (hardware and software).
ACCESS CONTROL
The User may only access those information system resources to which they are authorized.
Temporary Files
The information stored on the Web Portal should be consulted on Aortic Repair Center’s systems, and Aortic Repair Center is in no way responsible for any information exported by the User from these Systems.
Usage Conditions
When using the Web Portal, the User is responsible for ensuring that the information handled is not visible to unauthorized persons.
The User expressly agrees not to store, use, transmit, or distribute:
Using the system to attempt to access restricted areas of the server without proper authorization from Aortic Repair Center.
Cracks, program serial numbers, or any other content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
Distribution of viruses, worms, trojans, or any other destructive activity, such as saturation, “mailbombing,” etc., or denial of service attacks.
Activities that disrupt or interfere with the effective use of other persons’ network resources.
Collection and/or use of personal data of other users without their express consent or in violation of data protection regulations.
Sharing access keys provided (for cases where registered as a User for a specific service requiring it) with another person.
Destroying, altering, disabling, or otherwise damaging Aortic Repair Center’s or third-party data, programs, or electronic documents.
